On April 21, 2025, Shanghai Fenghe Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. stood out with its self-developed I-movac MA-PLUS 50MPa high-pressure cleaning machine at the 19th China International Machine Tool Show in Beijing. It became the highlight of the exhibition, attracting over a hundred enterprises from more than 10 countries and regions, and showcasing a significant breakthrough in the field of precision cleaning for domestically-produced high-end equipment.
The I-movac MA-PLUS 50MPa high-pressure cleaning machine exhibited by Shanghai Fenghe this time has achieved industry-leadinglevels in both technical parameters and innovative design. It features strokes of 700/600/500mm, a maximum moving speed of 60m/min, a tool magazine capacity of 6 tools, and a nozzle group switching time of just 6 seconds, resulting in a 1.5-fold increase in efficiency. Meanwhile, it integrates a three-stage circulating water filtration system with a filtration accuracy of 5μm and an IP67 protection rating, ensuring the stability and reliability of the cleaning process and enabling rapid and precise cleaning tasks.
In terms of innovative breakthroughs, the universal single/dual-axis tool magazine design allows for intelligent nozzle matching, easily adapting to complex part structures. The flexible cleaning technology is capable of cleaning all six faces of a part in one go, effectively solving the challenges of cleaning cross holes, deep holes, and threaded hole burrs. Additionally, the equipment offers advantages in energy conservation, environmental protection, and a compact footprint. It can intelligently adjust pressure when operating at 50MPa, reducing energy consumption by 30%, and its overall floor space is reduced to 4.6 meters by 1.8 meters, effectively improving factory space utilization.

It is widely used in the automotive, energy equipment, and aerospace sectors, providing strong support for the overall cleaning and deburring of complex structural parts and ensuring assembly precision.
