Job Responsibilities
1. Report market and client information.

Qualification Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze customer specifications, propose solutions, and provide sales support.
2. Design automation equipment and create conceptual drawings for fixtures.
3. Design fixtures.
4. Troubleshoot on-site defects.
5. Handle customer complaints.
6. Conduct R&D for new products.
7. Take charge of equipment and component assemblies.
8. Regularly summarize common mechanical design issues and standardize design criteria

Qualification Requirements
1. Welcome fresh graduates ; bachelor's degree or higher, preference for graduates from 985/211 universities.
2. Proficient in Office software and 3D CAD tools.
3. 5+ years of experience in designing automation equipment for the automotive industry, CNC machines, robotics, material handling automation, with familiarity in nozzle/fixture design.
4. Experience in fixture design within automation; full-set mechanical equipment design experience is a plus.
5. Ability to interpret pneumatic diagrams, timing charts, and simple circuit diagrams.
6. Capable of independently calculating mechanical structural strength.

Job Responsibilities
1. Commissioning of equipment within the factory.
2. Development of cleaning processes and customer support.
3. After-sales maintenance and repair of customer equipment.
4. On-site troubleshooting, repair, and retrofitting of machine tools.
5. Programming of NC codes and optimization of product cleaning efficiency and cycle time.

Qualification Requirements
1. Over 1 year of after-sales service experience in numerical control machine tools.
2. Familiarity with the FANUC system and manual programming.
3. Willingness to travel with a strong service awareness.
4. Ability to read mechanical drawings and strong hands-on skills.
5. Electrical work certificate required.
6. Driving license preferred.
