Cleaning Test
1. Development of Cleaning Process Plan: Based on the workpiece drawings, develop a cleaning process, select nozzles, recommend cleaning pressure, and analyze auxiliary actions.
2. Sample Mailing and Cleaning Test: Samples are cleaned at our facility. Engineers verify the cleaning process plan and perform high-pressure cleaning. We can also provide a comparison report before and after cleaning, a Leica cleanliness detection analysis report, weight testing, and video records of the cleaning process.
3. Particle Size and Weight Detection: After cleaning the workpiece, conduct cleanliness testing, particle size analysis, and weight testing, and issue a Leica detection report.
